“This work is a reflection on a possible reconstruction of our shared sense of what the word “invasion” means in this era, now that public discourse communicates it through military metaphors that have become predominant.
On a social level, it sounds like a constant appeal to citizens, used to unlock resources and justify emergency policies.
Hence: a perpetual fear of a possible invasion that has already won in our minds and ridden the worries everyone has about everything, building an imaginary enemy… before even a real one.
But what if we approached invasion from the standpoint of positive transformation, rethinking it as a synonym for transformation, as the entry of something new?
The world is also invaded by ideas: some invade certain spaces with innovation, others with kindness, with solidarity.
I would like to call a person INVASION and see what happens when they appear, to give them this name and work on building a flow with a different vibration, charged with thoughts that can open up new possibilities, without any need to overpower.”
