The company starts touring again after a short Christmas break and opens the year and the season with three different projects in January. The first engagement is with the restaging of “L’Arte della Fuga”, a homage by Mauro Astolfi to the famous composer J.S.Bach, commissioned by the Teatro Comunale Città di Vicenza, which is also its co-producer along with the Teatro Sociale di Modena. The creation will be staged on Jan 12th on Faenza’s Teatro Masini thanks to the now longstanding collaboration with the Accademia Perduta Romagna Teatri Theater Production Center.
The production sealing the company’s 30-year anniversary, “Recollection of a falling,” with the two parts formed by Jacopo Godani and Mauro Astolfi, returns for a first stop in Switzerland, on Jan. 17th at Lac Lugano and a performance on Jan. 26th on the stage of the renovated Valentino Garavani Theater in Voghera.
Then, it is the Amat circuit that schedules on Jan. 23rd in San Benedetto del Tronto, “Vivaldiana,” a production that Astolfi has dedicated to another great author of classical music and is still touring with unaffected appeal as of 2019
