Solo andata (One Way) is a story/encounter for three dancers. Everyone comes back from something. The allure and temptation of the lure of a one-way trip, that primordial desire to think that the time is coming for something definitive, for that choice that will be for a lifetime. A kind of strange “travel bug” of the soul that every now and then comes back to bite and so we find ourselves trying to reproduce and interpret reality in a way free from moral and compositional clichés. But then we come back, we find ourselves around a table telling ourselves that in the end it wasn’t so worth it. And the fake quiet life returns, a little hypocritical and always present and sometimes successful.
