After the August break, Orbita|Spellbound’s activities resume shaping a September full of international events: Piergiorgio Milano‘s intense tour continues with his production Fortuna at the Lurupina Hamburg Festival in Hamburg, Germany, on September 4 and 5, continuing in Italy on the 19th in Goro as part of the Argini Festival, produced by Ater Emilia Romagna, and closing on the 30th in Rome as part of Reverse, a programme curated by our Center. Milano also brings Pesadilla to the Physical Fest in Liverpool, UK, on September 12.
Irene Russolillo, after an artistic residency in Yerevan held in August for the revival of the production Fatigue — created in 2025 in co-production with Henrik Igityan NCA National Centre for Aesthetics of Yerevan — brings the project back to Italy across four cities: Bergamo at Festival Danza Estate on September 5, Bologna at Danza Urbana on the 7th and 8th, Cagliari at Spazio Danza on the 13th, and finally Rome at Spazio Rossellini on the 15th.
Beyond its associated productions, Orbita|Spellbound’s activity continues through the promotion and distribution of artistic projects the Centre has co-produced over the past season: September sees the debut at Festival MilanOltre of Records – Per la prima volta nella storia by Vittorio Pagani, the first of a series of events linked to the MoveOn network — of which Orbita|Spellbound is the lead partner — dedicated to supporting new generations of choreographers.
